Our programs support adults and juveniles with a migration and refugee background in developing their personal strengths and obtaining social, linguistic and professional skills.
Our learners from migrant and refugee background often plan and organize artistic, cultural or sports activities. DISABILITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
The Disability Management Programs at the Irish Creative Training and Innovative Development Center administer the workers' compensation program and facilitate various return-to-work initiatives and reasonable accommodation.
Our Disability management program focused on absences from work as a result of illness, injury or disability, and on preventing the risks that cause these absences. It is a deliberate and coordinated effort by employers to reduce the occurrence and effect of illness and injury on workforce productivity, and to promote employee attachment by prevention, support for recovery and reasonable accommodation.
